Will doing NoFap get rid of my cuckolding fetish?

Discussion in 'Porn Addiction' started by Deleted Account, Jan 31, 2021.

  1. Hi,
I begin my journey today. I'm doing NoFap to get rid of my cuckolding fetish. Unfortunately this fetish makes me instantly hard and more aroused than 'vanilla porn'.
I want to get rid of this. Does doing NoFap get rid of it?
I've heard people say that their fetishes have been completely erased... while others have said that they can't be gotten rid of and that they can only be dimmed down.
    What say you?

There is probably a reason why you are attracted to cuckolding porn. I don't know if stopping watching porn will erase your fetish. But porn should be stopped regardless, as you are aware of how it ruins your life. I recommend you to stop all forms of mass dopamine sources. And for some time, start reading and contemplating about your life, who you are, who you want to be. I recommend you to read with an open mind, meditations of marcus aurelius. The Bible, the Noble Quran. And start contemplating. So to say, regain your masculinity. And other fundamental habits, like excersing and dieting, speak for themself. I think, the cuckold fetish will stop than. Why not give it a try, you've got nothing to lose, so to say.

  3. Thanks for you reply, I have no life goals, ambitions or dreams. I've been exercising and dieting for a long while. Guess I'll stop watching/reading porn to start with. How long will it take to stop this fetish? You sure it will stop?

Hi @ghirion, take some time to search and read on the forum about porn-induced fetishes. Porn tricks us into liking certain genres or scenarios, that in reality will disagree/conflict with our good nature and moral reasoning. Cuckolding porn is a very psychological genre, so it might take longer for your fetish to disappear, but definitely the first step to success is not to consume any of this material. After time, you will more than likely not crave this, or consider it to be a genuine fetish. Most likely it is a deception from over-using porn.

I am confident for you (from my own experience) that you can learn to view this genre of porn/fetish completely differently and remove it from your life if you avoid it for long enough.

I hope so. I like cuckolding too.
It's hard to find good movies:D:D
But really, I hope many of my strange preference will go away with NOFAP

The question is how you developed a cuck fetish in the first place in that you'll find the answer. If it was "naturally" developed by fetishizing feelings of inferiority or something like that then no, but if you developed it by clicking on cuck type porn then yes.

  7. I too have "unusual" sexual preferences, and it has sometimes gotten in the way of experiencing real women and girls, because, simply put, I saw more arousing people online. Since I reduced the use of porn and any kind of stimulating material, I started to get more interest in "normal" women and girls.
My preferences didn't disappear (yet, maybe they will in the future), but I am "starving" my sexual instincts so that I can find appealing people outside of "my type". When you're on porn your sexual instincts are "spoiled" and want only the best of the best.

  8. Watching/reading cuckolding porn/hentai caused me to develop it. Honestly, I don't think fetishes can just dissapear

  9. Sad to hear that you're struggling with this fetish.

    This might help you.
You need to attack the weakest point of your fetish. You have to find the weakest point. Good luck. :)

  10. Think about your past. What got you into cuck. When was the time you found out cuck porn interesting and what actually lead you to fantasize about being a cuck.

  11. It was porn. What do you mean by attacking the weakest point?

  12. What people do when they have a strong enemy ? They attack at their weakest point right?
Similarly here, your enemy is cuck fantasy. You have to identify and find its weakest point. When you get identified, you have to attack it. By attacking it I mean that you have to think the opposite which actually led you to fantasize about being a cuck.
    Stop watching porn completely.
    Start talking to girls.
Exercise daily and build a good body.
Clean yourself, take a shower regularly.
Think that you will kick this fetish out of your head.
It is tough but it is not impossible.
    Good luck. :)

It’s possible, but requires time and patience. You can rewire yourself enough to the point where you might feel more “primitive” in a sense and avoid these emasculating scenarios since your natural masculinity will overshadow those thoughts. I look at my previous addiction/fetish as something dumb now.

  14. Lots of good answers here. As someone who has this fetish real bad and has struggled with it for years, I can say one thing for sure - continuing to look at porn and PMO will make it worse. Therefor, NoFap is the first step. You need to stop feeding the fetish if you want to heal from it. Chances are, it won't simply go away on its own. You'll need to figure out why you got into that fetish in the first place and then work on that.

  15. I got it after feelings of inferiority. I suppose I need to get more confidence, and believe in myself right? Then it will go away?

  16. I think that's a good start. Will it go away? Not sure, but likely it won't be as strong, especially if indeed it mostly feeds off of inferiority / lack of confidence.

Well, if it was a porn induced fetish you're probably in luck.

You have, in some way, associated those feelings of inferiority with orgasm. If you abstain long enough you can break that association.

I'll echo similar comments here - after about 5 years improving myself while doing the nofap challenge as best I can, the fetish interests that bothered me are all but gone.

I used to crossdress, got that idea from a porn magazine and then videos. Now I have zero interest in it. And I also had a strong desire to be in some kind of cuck scenario, that originated from tube sites, and is completely gone now too.

What I haven't given up is light femdom. But I'm trying to keep an open mind here. I always found respectful and playful exchange of power a turn on, it just gets escalated and unrealistic with porn and desensitization... That's my thoughts atm anyways.

I can't pinpoint a single thing that made these fetishes go away. I would have to say that after I changed enough things in my life - direction for career, fitness, social skills, hobbies - I no longer felt such an urge to fill some void.

You mention not having certain life goals or dreams, I think that could be a great place to start. There's a relatively cheap course Jordan Peterson has online, write my life or something like that. Or just plain old fashioned journaling about you past, present, and desired future. How would your ideal realistic lifestyle be in 5 years time?
