    Hello guys, my relationship with all my family members including my parents destroyed, and this is direct result of PMOing for years, can nofap hardmode fix this. Share your experiences.

    I don't know you, but to be fair, probably not. That said, stopping might help you gain the confidence and courage enough to feel better about yourself which in turn may help towards renewing your relationship them all? Good luck with your efforts whatever you choose!
