    I'm 14 years old, and one of the main reasons I wanna quit pmo is to get higher marks in my exams,I just wanna know if quitting will make an actual difference (I'm not saying that I will relapse, IDC if it doesn't do anything I hate everything that has to do with porn)

    Quitting porn itself can't help you get higher marks,but it can help save endless time and energy that you would waste on porn.And you will regain the focus on study,better sleep, and wake up early in the moring with more energy rather than a brain fog.And these maybe can help you get a higher masks if you use the gift which deprived of by porn in a good way.
