Willpower and NoFap

    Guys!
    I am new to NoFap. Started on January and already failed after 4days :D (although I masturbated without any porn just using my fantasy so its at least a bit softer fail)

    I was thinking, when I am forced to control the urges, I must drain my willpower right? And its no secret that willpower uses power from the same tank.
    So I am a bit worried that controlling the urges will exhaust my tank and I wont have the needed willpower for other things...like studying.

    + Have to say my experience so far. Its very hard to control myself why studying, since I am sitting in the room with my bed next to my desk and what is more boring than studying...so I basically masturbated from boredom

    Anyway going to start it up again!

    Being alone is one of the things that can open the door to PMO. Can you find another place to study, where there are other people around? A library? A common room in your house? Anywhere other than in your bedroom.

    Good luck. Your will power will get stronger, not weaker, as you persevere in NoFap.
