Windows Phone/Mobile and Desktop app

    Hello. I have been fighting for real for about a year now but I have been struggling. I have som APs but I think having an app that would block P and track my history and send it to APs would help. I have not been able to find any WP/WM apps. If you could recommend I would be grateful. Also I am looking for similar app for Windows desktop. I am a student I can't afford anything too expensive so I would like to stick with free or affordable ones.
