Withdrawal Symptoms - 16 days

    Hello everyone,

    So I’m 16 days PMO free and would like to have a sanity check on withdrawal. Up until today, I have not get any withdrawal symptoms. But today, it hit me hard out of nowhere. Is it normal to feel really tired/sluggish/sleepy? I’m not sure if this is related or something else. I’m getting plenty of sleep at night.

    I’m curious what withdrawal symptoms you guys may have experienced and at what point during the reboot.

    Any tips and advice is appreciated. Thanks for your support!

    Im feeling like complete and utter shit right now. It's day 23 and I have no joy, happiness, or motivation. I feel like death. Same question to yall!
