Hello all, I’m 2 Days in and wondering what phase I’m in. I think I have PIED. I do get erections, but they don’t feel as strong as they used to be. I’ve been with women, but since my PIED I only get to about 80% and have trouble maintaining. My first trip to the doctor he told me I have performance anxiety. But I think it’s more. So my questions are…
    1. Do I have PIED?
    2. What phase am I in?
    3. What should I do from here?

Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks.

I would say so early on in the process that it's PIED, you're brain has a lot to rework before it can get back to normality, but know that if you fix your mind upon getting erections that it will also have some performance anxiety. You need to take your mind away from anything sexual for a while, just cut sex and anything related to it out for at least a month, prefereably more depending how deep you were in your addiction; unless you have a girlfriend in which case I would say just be sensual, don't go all the way to penetrative sex, just cuddle, lay naked, touch each other but don't take it all the way. Your brain needs to come back to reality, learn to be aroused by touch rather than pixels, it's a slow process and anxiety about the issue doesn't help, I know from experience as I am still sometime thrown off by my anxiety of the past and what has happened in sexual encounters. If you know all this stuff and start early on you will be fine, just make sure you stick to it friend, it'll only go backwards if you don't. Good luck!
