Go see a doctor. Monitor it closely. I doubt that it’s due to PMO although.

I'm going to the cardiologist tomorrow. Tomorrow i will also go to the psychologist.

I thing my heart palpitations are related to abstinence but tomorrow we will see what the doctor says.

    I will report.

  5. Heart palpitations can come after abstaining from PMO, I get them a whole bunch. If you're cleared from your Cardiologist then don't worry about it, because if it's not a medical problem then it's usually anxiety related. And abstaining can create a whole bunch of symptoms and sensations for different people.

Believe it or not heart palpitations aren't harmful if your heart is fine and healthy, they can be scary when they're so sudden though.

I have all of your symptoms. Every single one. For one year. Have been checked by multiple doctors who day my blood, brain and heart are OK.

I had extreme heart palpitations and still have them. They have improved a bit. It is probably withdrawal.

Today morning I was go to the doctor. She said nothing special. I maked blood test and tomorrow i has electrocardiography.
The doctor recommended taking magnesium and waiting for laboratory tests.

Today I also called to the psychologist to talk about my addiction and I will have a visit on 22/11/2017

    I will report.

  8. I also have all your symptoms bar the headaches. The Dyspnea stays with you every-time after a relapse it is the shittest thing I have ever experienced I have had it for years my fingernails even had a purple/bluish tint and i'm fucking healthy apart from pmo symptoms. Stop now man because it only gets worse!

I dont want to pretend I have much medical knowledge so my first suggestion would be to talk to a doctor. Having said that I sometimes get these symptoms so its more than likely they are withdrawal symptoms triggered by a sudden spike in dopamine cravings. These cravings can be countered by ensuring that you replace porn with something (healthy obviously) that can fill the gap. I'd advise buying some cheap weights and doing reps when the cravings hit, not only will this redirect the energy away from the urge, it also has the knock on effect of being good exercise.

I back from doctor moment ago. She found nothing special. Blood test are ok, maybe my cholesterol are a little bit higher but not too much. She found something on electrocardiography and I was must repeat my ECG. On another ECG She again found this "thing" but maybe this "thing" is only my anothomy.

She said there is no reason to worry but she give me a referral to the futher research like echocardiography or something.

    I will still report

Proud of you to get it checked out! Always be safe than be sorry! Let us know more. I’m also going to see a doctor and an urologist for a check up to be sure all is ok.

I came back from a psychologist just a moment ago. We talked seriously about whole my life and about my addiction. She diagnosed in me bipolar disorder but 30 min is too short to say something more.

I signed up for a 12 step therapy and on 30 november I will go to the first meet.

But bipolar disorder? Really? Before nofap I'm are was a normal 21 year old man. I don't have mood swings, depression or something but now when I fight with my addiction mood swings are real killer.

Yesterday in workplace i was observe totally my mood and this look like this:
Feeling good ---> after a few hours I feel pressure on my chest, depressed, tired and I don't want to talk with anyone ---> My mood has improved. I feel energized I am effusive and I feel overwhelming relieved. ---> Feeling depressed ---> Feeling good ---> Feeling Depressed ---> Feeling good...

  16. I'm not doctor by all means mate but I feel the same, it's withdrawal with me. I had no depression or anything albeit a bit of anxiety before porn. Now i'm off porn my brain feels flat, empty. Mood swings, brief moments of hyper awareness (derealization), moments of clarity, moments when emotions come back in, head pressure, eye pressure.

It is typical of post acute withdrawals..

I also had the same Heart Palpitation but quickly went to the best cardiologist and hes said I have anxiety but it was actually withdrawal symptoms from porn that I can't discuss with Cardiologist but it was all fine, and he gave beta blockers to reduce the symptoms. And now since 128 days of NO PMO my heart Palpitation have reduced to 90% and it comes rarely specifically when I feel very horny.
What about you bro, do u still get palpitations?

Try counting how many beats during palpitations, whether regular or irregular. During palpitations I feel regular heart beat with heart rate around 70-80 bpm. Whats yours?

I am normally a healthy Person with 55-60 BPM. Since all the symptoms started i regularly had about 70-80 bpm and a feeling like my heart wants to jump out oft my chest. I also got extremely sensitive excersise. BPM go up quickly and fast fatigued. Which is definitely not normal for me since i've Been working out for years and everything was fine. Also all doctors say my heart is fine.

Get sunshine and drink water, good thing you got it checked out. You also may get lung checked, I think drinking bunch of water and flushing bad ingredients out may be a good idea.
