Withdrawal symptoms in easy mode or only in hard mode ?

    Hello,

    I want to know if withdrawal symptoms like anxiety, fear, depression, hot flashes and fatigue hit when stopping porn and masturbation and keep doing real sex or these severe symptoms appear only in semen retention ?

    Semen retention isn’t causing these symptoms, not using Porn is. The dopamine in our brains is jacked up from it, that’s what causes withdrawals

    Can these symptoms appear in easy mode or they appear only in hard mode ?

    For example: if I do real sex with my wife and stop masturbation and porn, will these symptoms appear in me after few weeks ?

    I also believe they are caused by changes in dopamine production so it's really up to you. If you can do something else instead of PMO, like a hobby then you'll be fine if not then you'll probably experience some withdrawal symptoms.

    I would say whether you do easy or hard mode you’re gonna have withdrawals and flatlines. It’s different for everyone, but 12 years is a while. It’ll be worth it on the other side tho!
