    So I am on day 11 and this is the longest I've ever gone without it since I discovered porn 15 years ago. I have been super depressed and have severe severe anxiety for about a week now. I've never experienced depression or anxiety ever in my life. Has anyone ever experienced this? is this normal? When does it start to die down?
