(Please, forgive my bad grammar, i'm brazilian) Hello Fapstronauts! I came here to ask about the Withdrawal of porn. I've been suffering this for a couple days, i've been binging lately and relapsed, but i'm trying again and this time i'm experiencing some heavy symptoms of withdrawal. Things like:

-Tiredness: No matter how much i sleep, i always wake up tired, like if i slept only 2-3 hours in the whole night, my muscles are heavy and my joints are hurting.

-Mental Exhaustion: I cannot think well and my head hurts all the time, it's very hard to focus on classes being like this, i wake up feeling this way, every day since i relapsed. I'm a writer and cannot write!

-Dizziness: I'm dizzy all the time, every time i get up, my vision kind of rotates in a 360° spin. This is really pissing me off! And while this happens, i feel like i "die" for a couple seconds: I feel like i'm out of my body!

-Numbness: I feel numb to anything, like a zombie. I don't feel or take a long time to feel some sort of stimuli, not only sexual, but happiness and even pain are also being affected. I feel so apatic and depressed that i could stare at a wall for the whole day!

Now, i want to know about you guys. Did you ever felt like this during your reboot?
    Thank you for reading.

Try some l-theanine supplements. I feel the way you describe almost every morning and it often lasts until afternoon. Licorice root extract sometimes helps me reduce sexual frustration. If scopolamine is over-the-counter in Brazil you could try some of that. CBD might help too. ... That's about everything in my cupboard that helps me. Hope one of them might help you.

So when you first get off of a relapse especially a binge, theres the chaser effect ahere for about 3 days you get the urge to do it all over again. Then for a whike youre okay and again you get withdrawal like 2 weeks after your relapse and it lasts a few days, at least for me it did. Then it goes away. My longest streak was 27 days so idk if it happens after that, im sure it does but withdrawal is normal in rebooting, you really have to learn to be comfortable in that situation.

Eventually you will stop feeling all those symptoms but you have got to stay away from PMO otherwise itll happen all over again
