withdrawal Symptoms

    I seem to have very bad withdrawal symptoms. I have mild headaches, always very tired even when I sleep. I feel really sick, my body temperature is always high. My body aches too. As for mood swings, its there. I started feeling these about two weeks ago. I have read about others withdrawal symptoms but seems mine is lasting longer than usual. I am a little worried.
    This even caused me to have an HIV test which proved to be negative because i felt my symptoms are similar to HIV. its 2241 GMT, and im not sure I am sleeping tonight too. As for the flatlining stage, i'm not sure when it will be over.
    Bu t all the same, I am motivated to just go through today without PMO. if anyone is also going through, you can also share your experience.

    You are not alone. I go through this every time. The longer i try and try, i start to realize that you cant just have a goal for a streak. a streak is temporary. you must eliminate it from your life forever. make the decision to never go back. We will not be able to do so until our "why" becomes strong enough. Decision making is based on only two factors, either to prevent pain, or to bring about pleasure. What is your "why"? I think my why is slowly becoming "because i will not live if i dont cease this addiction". the depression gets worse and worse the more you numb your dopamine receptors. It makes me suicidal. Life is my reason now. i have to do this. i will never be truly happy and have a normal reward circuitry in my head until i do.

    Hmmm, I don't want to go back to the PMO, and Im not going back there. Thanks for the words of encouragement. Very grateful.
    I can't wait to be cleaned, when My brain will rewire itself for me to enjoy normal life. Its sad, Im thinking of introducing my colleagues to this site, but they deny there's something called porn addiction. Two of them pride themselves in not having erections whenever they are with women. They see it as an ability to control and abstain. They do not see that its the porn.

    If only I knew this 10 years ago, my life would have been better.
