Without porn I cum in ca. 9 seconds, always!

    Hey there!
The problem I encounter is the following.

I am addicted to porn and started NoFap, just in order to stop the addiction.
My best run was 110 days without porn and orgasm (sometimes I had sex with my girlfriend, but I always stopped before cumming).
Also, I had like 4-5 times a series of around 40-60 days of NoFap (and no sex and porn as well). And often some little ones like 10 days.

However, I did a good job of fighting the addiction. I went from every day 1 hour of porn and sometimes 3 hours, to no porn at all, some relapses when I watch 2-3 porns like every 3 months, and fapping like 5-6 times a week. (I started with NoFap ca. 18 months ago)
My goal is not to stop fapping, but only to stop watching porn. The problem is I still feel often the deep desire to watch porn.

So, when watching porn was normal (I fapped ca. 6-9 times per week (mostly with porn), like for already 7 years) I had regularly sex with my girlfriend and I lasted largely around 20-30 minutes, which is great. On the other hand, I had a little erectile dysfunction, but it wasn't very bad. Anyway, this was also a reason to stop porn for me.

During NoFap, when I had sex with my GF (as I said above), I lasted literally 5-10 seconds. But I thought, that's fine - my GF knew about NoFap, so she knew the reason.

Now, as mentioned already, I fap again. But I still cum in like 7-9 seconds. And that time is a joke! I can't have sex like that! Who would want to? xD

For that reason, I have to rethink like every 2 days, if I really don't wanna watch porn.

On the one hand, porn is the most toxic, unreal, and addictive thing I know (I think it's truly more addictive than many drugs (e.g. cause it's free and everywhere available)), but on the other hand, I don't wanna cum in 9 seconds.

My goal is still to never watch porn again. Therefore, do you probably have any tips for me?

    Thanks a lot my friends!

The issue I ended up having was connection. I'm in a 12 step SA group and we are reminded all the time that the opposite of addiction is not sobriety, it is connection. That's ultimately what we are desiring it's just all mucked up and hidden in our want to look at porn, sexualize everything and cum. Try some of the transmutation tips that are lower in the forum list. They really help if you can follow and focus, keeping in mind it's all a working progress. I went almost 2 hours of consistent slow thrusting. She didn't care for it because it wasn't hard it deep enough to get off but I was amazed I could do that. Just for reference, I've cum before even getting my head past her entrance, lol. It's ok.

I'm sorry, I don't understand this part, English is not my first language. Online translators also couldn't give a proper translation. :D

I think you said that you also cum or cummed fast for a while, correct?

And with "It's ok.", what do you want to say?
I certainly wouldn't like the fact to cum that early. Even 3 minutes is very short, but I'm not even close to one.

The problem is that I don't know if I can fix this issue without porn. Probably I will last sufficiently long if I fap normally and constantly - not to porn. This would be a great solution for me.

However, I am already back to fapping for 2-3 months now (without porn) and the "cumming time" didn't improve at all. This makes me a little uncertain.

Since I don't have a GF now nor any sexual relationship, it's totally fine for me to give it some time, I'm patient. But when I have a GF again, it would be horrible to cum that fast!

  5. Man, that is really a question for a sexual therapist!
Maybe you should go to one or to an urologist.

I think that masturbation and sex works very differently. I personally have quite a lot control over the duration during masturbation but not so much during sex.
Maybe you need a little training - be it with masturbation or with sex. There are techniques to prolong it.
From what I've heard, there are even (non-sexual) workouts for the muscles on the root of the penis. Maybe that can help..

I'm absolutely certain about the fact that I'm able to stop the addiction, however long it takes, I simply won't give up and stand up again.

But, obviously, the most important step in this journey is to certainly want to stop the addiction. There can't be any doubts.

And that is the problem I'm encountering here. Due to the cumming time I have some doubts at the moment. I always have to win the mental battle "no porn or porn" so often again. And I'm successful with that - at the moment. But I'm also sure, that if this doesn't change, if I keep having these doubts, I will relapse later or sooner.

I like the idea ,of which porn or jerking off to an extent of bieng addicted is not the solution to staying longer in bed

  9. I agree!
I used to watch a lot of these compilation videos (PLEASE DON'T LET YS BE TRIGGERED!)
because you can see so many bodies and so much sex in a short time - it produced a hell lot of dopamine in my brain. Some of these compilations say there're for "endurance". For me that's a joke, because what happens to me is this: I want more and more and more, I prolonge the orgasm so much that I used to watch for hours. It doesn't feel good anymore to cum after such a long time.
(Orgasm releases opiats and oxytocin, but the dopamine release comes from searching not from reaching. In this case the dopamine is (physiologically) prefered).

What does massive porn consumption do to my enduration in bed with a woman?
    - PIED. Because woman is not a compilation of porn scenes. Moreover what I trained was to edge for hours but NOT to stay hard for hours. When I pmo it doesn't matter how hard I am or how long I stay hard, because if it's limp I can still wank it

Absolutely true. As mentioned, I've had some similar experiences.
Sometimes I had to think of a porn to cum during our sex. Or even just in order to stay hard.

That's another reason that porn wouldn't be a good solution.

In fact, it would be an enormously bad solution:
    - the risk of different problems instead is high (like erection problems)
    - I'd be fucking addicted. And this would take many more problems with it

However, I think it's possible to last long in bed without porn.
I assume that my brain is still (partly) used to the excessive stimulation that porn usually gave me. Therefore, even if I fap to great girls like fitness models (I'd be absolutely fine with that, as long as there's no porn in it) my brain will take that as something that is not very good - because it's still used to porn.
What I want to say is that normally fitness models (just as an example) would be a very strong stimulation for your brain because they are mostly better trained than the girls you'd have sex with.
Thus, if you are used to such models you'd last longer with normal girls you have sex with. And that's why I think that'd be a good solution for my case.

The point is, I think the above-mentioned approach of normal, regular fapping to good girls would only work if my brain is fully rebooted from porn. Otherwise, the stimulation is not enough to reach the desired effect. Contrarily, since my brain is still used to porn, I'd simply keep cumming that early. Because everything seems to be bad compared to the porn hyperstimulation.

If so, the only solution for me is to keep NoFap very strictly and accomplish a full reboot. That'll be hard and exhausting, but if it works then I'm willing to put every energy I can effort in this.

What do you think about my try to explain the phenomena that I still cum so early, although I'm already back to fapping for a few months?

Will it get better ?? ,,
For me it is the same case on the first round but when I get into the second round of having sex I last more than 5 minutes ..

  13. Is that a bad thing though? For me , NoFap makes sex a whole lot better and amazing so of course it will take time to get your stroke going again. It's like being a virgin again!

And that's not a bad thing?! Haha

Great comparison! I think that describes the phenomena very well.

So, yes, I've made my decision. I believe it's just a matter of time. I need probably a few years to entirely get rid of the porn brain-poison (it depends, I think, very much on how consequently I'll do NoFap).

But when that's once accomplished, I'll last long again, and, that's the best thing, at the same time I'll have won against my addiction.

    Great, isn't it?!

  16. I think after 90 days, maybe try occasional gentle masterbating before sex (no porn, obviously) and see if this helps. Of course, everyone is different But I have heard of some guys going bk to using their imagination again once their habit has gone and dopamine levels are bk to normal.

Might help you last longer in bed??!

  17. I have some concerns about my stamina with my wife after I finish my no-PMO reboot. I'm glad to hear that it won't necessarily be a problem. I guess I'll probably have to tell her about my addiction and reboot at some point. I'm sure she'll understand.
Btw, I love the "quote" in your signature.

My advice to help you keep from cumming so fast is to not have sex with the intention of cumming. Take your time. Go slow. Take your time with strokes and give it a rest when your close

Yes, I've now discovered too that it's enormously important to relax. Usually, I, and I think most men, are directly/naturally kind of tense in the "pelvic area" while sex or fapping. That way you cum faster (probably it's the reason we tend to be so).
So relax as much as possible, have nothing tense, and it helpes you (at least me) to stay a few minutes more.

Me, for my point, I'll start fapping (sure, without porn) again when I entirely (!!) got rid of the addiction.

That in combination with a good body control (like nothing tense as mentioned above), I'm sure that I/you can last sufficiently long to give (most) girls a crazy sex they won't forget that fast. ;-)

So that's clearly the better option... Cause you're not addicted to nothing and you don't have to fear erectile dysfunction (which is very likely if you can last long only due to porn or abnormally massive masturbation).
