Women's opinion of celibacy and abstinence

I experienced both. Had a lot of relationships with woman and also spend 3 years alone working on myself.
I definitevely prefer the first one. Knowing how to balance your goals and ambitions with your romantic life make it posible to enjoy both at the same time.

Of course, if you are not happy in your life I would definitevly suggest you to take some years off dating to work on yourselve to be happy again and then start dating again.

Celibacy is a good practice to do for a short time to achive some specific goals, but not for life.
