Words Mean Something

Howdy. I stumbled on NoFap and am blown away by the courage and energy of folks who want to make changes in their life.

I've lived various times in my life when I was spending my energy on things that did not serve me well - alcohol, drugs of various sorts, PMO, food, work. I have learned a lot living each of these phases. I'd like to share one thing:

Words Mean Something ​

I am noticing words like fight, relapse, shame, bad, enemy, struggle, war, luck - all words that have meanings that do not serve you well in your decision to live a life filled with happiness focused on things other than masturbation and porn.

You'll see me around. I'll be the one asking questions about a word you have used and a word that might help you realize your power. I'll also be the one to remind you that porn has no power that you do not give it.
