Work Out Kills Urges!

    having just had a brief encounter with pornography, I just did a very quick, very hard workout to rid me of the urges. Honestly, within a minute my erection was gone and I managed to keep away from the chaser effect for another day :)

    Seriously, if you have sudden urges and are about to relapse, do 30 press ups and loads of sit-ups or something similar and it will really help you.

    Can attest to this; went to the gym once home from work as I didn't want to give myself the time to fap. So so glad I chose to do this!

  3. I have always worked out but today I honestly felt stronger today on my 13th day...so weird if it's legit. Looking in the mirror I see better muscular definition too...

    I always found myself To be pretty horny after working out, need to get back on the workout train haven't done it since NoFap though
