Working out + NoFap = Unlimited Energy

    I don't know if you guys notice, but...when you workout...I feel invincible. My leg press is up by +400 lbs.
    When I used to jack off, I got tired real quick and it was like "being weak in the legs".
    It's sooooo freaking awesome.
    The thing that really bothers me is that....I feel like I have so much heavier balls...I'm only on day 32.
    I heard about Semen Retention too....and it works....
    The problem is...I don't know to channel all this energy. When I sit still to do homework, I CANNOT Focus. I have to move, workout and all that.


    The best thing about it is....females...literally everywhere...like 70% of them...look at me or give me the "stare" (im not even that good lookin', I'm short 5"5 and muscular), but....I just have these "stares" like I'm being Eye Fucked...and It's starting to get offensive to me because they scan me up and down up and down....AND NO I"M NOT BULLSHITTING

    I guess this shit works.

    I got a girlfriend now....It's been a journey.

    I'm glad you found something that works for you. Working out helps me too. When I'm working out, I don't experience a desire to view pornography and masturbate.
     
  3. Same! This morning I went harder and heavier than I ever have before, almost maxing out and even pushed 20 more minutes of freestyle lifting just because my energy was off the charts.

    When I’m at home sketching or drawing or reading, it’s like I have to transition from one to the other, like I can’t do it for a constant cycle so I have a bunch of things going at one which is awesome.

    Don’t take offense to it, it’s the energy you’re giving off that they are noticing. I have had the same looks and stares and when I have talked to a few women at the gym lately(something I would’ve never done before NoFap) they have said “yeah I have noticed you too, you’re really in the zone and intense, it’s pretty inspiring...I should be working out as hard as you.”

    do you workout too much? 1 hour + is too much and can cause to lower testosterone. Otherwise, it's not a problem. Go see a doctor if problem persists...
     
  5. I don’t think he was being serious about shrinkage, NoFap has caused the opposite on me lol

    Plus I’m at the gym for almost 2 hours and the energy keeps going up. Sex life has greatly improved and has never been better thanks to NoFap.

    Regarding keeping focus, I can definitely recommend mindfulness meditation. I've been doing it for 5 days now before I go to sleep, for about 20-30 minutes every time.

    In the beginning, it was almost making things worse. When I closed my eyes and tried to meditate, everything in my head would just spin and spin and every thought came at once. But just keep at it. Yesterday evening was the first time I reached "zen" and man, it's amazing. It was like, total peace. Thoughts were still there, but it was more like I was able to observe them from a distance rather than chasing after them.

    Doing this has made me calmer and easier to focus during the every day things. Definitely recommend it!
