Workout and Relapsing

First time user here, idk exactly where I should post this so I did here. I had a femdom addiction which i did manage to practically get rid of completely with workouts and meditation. But, there are certain exercises which cause me to O and EJ. Is this considered a relapse? Should I avoid these workouts or do them nonetheless?
I do have some S thoughts but they are mostly vanilla and that is great progress if you ask any femdom addict.

Any help is appreciated.

Well its a glute workout, when my glute fatigue it kinda pressurs my P, so yeah.

Sport saves you in any case. Don't be afraid to do certain exercises because you get some sexual feeling. It is better to relieve this tension through sports than by any other means, you know what I mean. If you have a hard workout, you can make it easier with steroids.
