Worried that it's a physical problem somehow

I'm almost 20 now and on my 72nd day of rebooting. I have a GF, so surely after cuddling, making out, etc for weeks you'd think I'd be getting hard again but nope. I can't even get hard enough to get my dick sucked. I used to fap without getting an erection throughout middle and high school but changed the way I masturbated to the normal way (using your hand to stroke) and found that I could do it even though I wasn't fully hard. I've seen so many people on here post that a month or so with a gf was enough to get their dick back to normal. I went to a doctor this summer who said I seemed physically fine but all I do every day now is worry that I'll never be ok. I feel like I'm still in a flatline and it's past day 70 and I still have ED. Someone please help

How's your diet? There may be plaque buildup in your veins down there, which make it harder to get and maintain an erection. Smoking also reduces blood flow.

I don't have an amazing diet but I'm pretty active and wouldn't consider myself to be in terrible shape. I don't smoke at all either. Not sure why I feel so different from everyone else on this site who's feeling amazing 70 days in

Flatlines vary. Some guys have had long flatlines. Especially if they started PMOing very young.

72 days is not very long (unfortunately with flatlines, the time scale for recovery in days is nothing - usually months is the minimum unit of measurement which sucks - more realistically sometimes 1 year plus).
I started waking up with 100% morning wood after about 3.5 months, and now again at 5.5 months it's only just starting to become more regular.
If you start waking up with 100% morning wood, you'll know it's not a physical problem.

So when I peeked at porn this morning for like 10 seconds and basically felt nothing it shouldn't really set me back right? It didn't give me a boner at all which scared me to death. ALSO I thought having a partner infinitely sped up rebooting. So why, on day 73 now, can't I get even a semi boner with her? Everyone else on here seems to be able to. This is making me so depressed dude

I'm not sure if looking at porn will set you back or not - but I don't recommend it. I know for sure 100% that masturbating to porn completes the reward cycle and is damaging. I know this beyond doubt and not theory that it fucks up the brain because I had perfect erections all my life (I'm 32 years old). But as soon as I quit porn, 1.5 weeks later - my penis was dead (i.e. flatline). Therefore, all that porn has done something horrible and I'm in some type of withdrawal.

Therefore, I have not looked at porn once since starting my reboot 5.5 months ago. I never will. It know it's hard not to test if things are working or not, but really the only test should be if it works with a her. Who cares if it doesn't work with porn? That's not the goal anyway. It's WAY better to be in a health and close relationship with a great woman. So much more rewarding. Therefore, I only care if it works with my gf or not.

Also, just remind yourself that 73 days is NOTHING. I only was able to have sex 3.5 months into my reboot. 3.5 months! Other people report 9 months as the start point. Also, at 3.5 months that was just the beginning - i.e. TERRIBLE sex (on my behalf). It must have been about 4.5 months before the sex got average, and only on New Years day was the sex finally above average (started my reboot in Aug last year).

Now 5.5 months in, things have got better - no doubt about it. However, one thing to be cautious about, and what I have realised, is that some weeks it doens't work (and it's REALLY depressing), but the next week it works better than any time before it. Therefore, just to make this journey even harder, the trend for me has been improvements overall - but up and down on the way to up on an overall average - if that makes sense.

Were you with a girl the entire time of your reboot?

Yeah, I have been with her since the start of my reboot - actually probably 1.5 - 2 months before my reboot started.
Because we were dating for 2 months before we started to have sex.
Then after I started having sex with her, I decided that I didn't want porn any more in my life, and that's when the trouble in bed started to begin for me.
So we only got to have sex a few times before my flatline kicked in from quitting porn (took about 1.5 weeks to kick in).
But she is an amazing woman, and she has stood by my side this whole time - even though once my flatline started we couldn't have sex for 3.5 months.

Damn, so there's hope for me yet. Were you like me in that your dick didn't even get up at all during flatline? Like I mean totally dead. Also my brain isn't feeling any horniness or anything like it

Yes there is hope, some people report dead dick for months and months.
No, that was not the case for me. For the most part, I was always able to get an erection, but mostly it was not strong at all.
Not possible to have sex with it for 3.5 months as I said, because it was so weak.
But I have read stories of people on Reboot Nation that said they had a dick that was totally dead, didn't respond to anything, for 6+ months.

    @throwaway11

Depression can be a cause of ED as well as performance anxiety
    Poor Diet
    Lack of Exercise
    Poor Circulation
    Uncontrolled Diabetes
    Smoking
    Excessing Alcohol Consumption
    The list is crazy long...

I guess the one thing to remember is the most important sex organ in the human body is the mind. If you have even a thought "I'll never be ok" you're putting yourself in the wrong mental state.

You're going to be okay bud, keep telling yourself that and stick with it.
