So as i had some papers to finish until 8PM today, and am on a streak longer than usual these days, i decided to have a small power nap on my bed before i quickly go to my laptop and start working on my assignment again. Worst thing i could do. In my half-sleep, let's call it, i have experienced a short, but vivid dream that haunts me an hour after i had woken up.

I'm a victim/experiencer of vivid dreams when on longer streaks, sometimes sexual in the most perverted way-and this simple power nap was no exception. In the dream, i have seen myself browsing pictures of animated pornography (you know what i'm talking about, too embarrassed to say it myself honestly), and vivid, vulgar images penetrated my mind, as i was aware that this was not my actual body doing it (at least partially).

Now, the oddest thing happened to me today, which made me go back to this forum after three years and try to find an explanation- i felt an over-the-whole-body orgasm mixed with sleep paralysis, and a HUUUGE rush of dopamine in my body, incapacitating me. I woke up and opened my eyes instantly, rushing to check my Johnson and if anything is wrong with it. Absolutely nothing, except an erection forced by my odd dreams.

Usually, if i have a wet dream overnight, i realize that it's a natural process, and simply do the hygienic things that i need to do in that case, but this has been different. I didn't orgasm, but had the hugest dopamine spike in the middle of my sleep paralysis that i felt over my whole body.

So, my question is: Can somebody explain this? For further context, i was working overnight in an all-nighter, so i didn't get much sleep (i will eventually, don't worry, i'm working on it as hard as i can.)

An hour or so after this, i'm feeling like i'm insane. How can something like this happen to a human like me? It must be really odd, accompanied by what i have actually seen in the dream. I know it's my brain trying to trick me, but what the hell is it doing?
