I'm surely an outlier here. 62 year old who works in tech and spends most of the day and a better part of the evening online. I had been thinking about deleting 10+ years of downloaded porn long before I came across this site. I looked at the ground rules and said "the hell with it" and pulled the trigger. I was a hard partier for 30 years but walked away from drugs and alcohol 20 years ago. Porn has been part of my life since I went in the army in 1966 and had access to magazines wherever I went including Vietnam (68-69) and Korea (67-68). I was able to accomplish sobriety pretty much on my own so I'm thinking I can hack this too. Time will tell.

OK so it's been 29 days since I deleted a TB 1/2 of porn accumulated over nearly 10 years of downloading and converting from flv's. PMO, it seems, for me has been a lot based on boredom. I stopped doing it and stopped downloading. I sometimes think of some of my favorites but besides that it hasn't been a big deal. I am concerned that I don't seem to have a great deal of sexual attraction for my wife but maybe that just takes time.
