    Dear all,

    I have to tell you that I was doing this in whole NoFap thing as a means to an end. I wanted to stop masturbating to porn. End of story. If there were other benefits, great! I am married and you can read my sordid tale in the 30-39 journal section.

    My wife and I have been sleeping separately for the better part of two years. If we were intimate it was a fluke. I started NoFap September 1 and have seen so many benefits but the one that hit me the hardest yesterday was my desire to be with her. It was through the roof. Let me encourage any of you with wives to commit to this. It will astound you.

    I started this because of my wife. We have been married for a year but have been together for four. During our entire relationship I have not cum. Lucky for me we are using birth control and she sees it as just another form of birth control.

    For that entire time I have been trying to solve the problem. Safely I only now found nofap. I am eager to see how no PMO effects our love making.

    I have been noFap for almost two weeks. My husband (we're gay) has such a lower libido than I that I started PMO'ing to meet my needs (so I thought). It turned into an addiction. It also made me less available to him. I stopped trying to make our sex-life better.
    I have to report that, at least for now, I am motivated to having better sex with him and it helps with intimacy and on and on.
