    Basically, it is a program which sends the URL's of any sexually explicit websites that you visit, to the e-mail addresses of people you choose.

    I think it's better if you get a close friend to do this rather than an essential stranger. I know this isn't what you want to hear but it'll keep you much more motivated. Also I'm using K9 for my laptop and I think it works extremely well and is free
