Would you consider this a relapse?

I know what they say… if your questioning it and all that. It must be a relapse. But I really don’t know. I am 95% sure it isn’t. But what do you guys think.

An hour ago I stumbled across a triggering image and i almost went back to it but I quickly scrolled past and got out, I got urges after that, then I saw some more (accidentally) and looked and quickly looked away.

do you consider this a relapse? I did not touch myself and I did not look or peek .

No, but it's harmful and dangerous. Every time you see an image like this, your "PMO brain pathways" are flooded with reward.

Consider: how did you stumble upon these accidentally? Whatever was putting that in your life needs to be removed or it will be an obstacle to your progress. Even more, if you intentionally put yourself in a place where "accidents" can happen often, that needs to be taken very seriously, because it was acting on an urge, even if not "all the way."

Your right , I gotta really watch that last part, even though I was not looking for it, I saw something, I didn’t linger but I saw a profile pic for a second longer (of a woman’s face)

do you think I will be ok if I shut it all down now? And obviously not pmo.

It's not since you haven't done nothing bad, you did not watch P NOR you haven't M or O.. Just be careful so you don't get yourself in that same situation since you can potentially relapse because of it..
