Wow after relapsed this happened to me

The day I relapsed was Sunday so today on Monday I had to go in university. So got in touch with my friends but the thing that was weird: before while i was trying to recover myself, self confidence was extremely increased but unfortunately after relapsed i didn't feel comfortable talking with others (social anxiety). Now I see clearly benefits of quitting porn. I'm now more motivated than ever. Doing porn really made me a shy person, a lazy one, even my mind felt like I had a big stone over it. Dopamine wait for me .
