  1. I know these guys are saying all of this already, but really you need to figure out what works for you. Keep changing things until you find out what it is that works. But the most important thing is to never give up. You are stronger than your urges.

    If you have trying to use "willpower" ... you will never beat it. You have to retrain your subconscions, not fight it

  6. What is holding you back from taking action? And I really recommend to make your goal infinity, otherwise when you reach day 90 you give yourself an excuse to relapse

    I would say. You are too hard on yourself. Meaning you want to quit P M and O all at once. and your body and mind just cant take it.
    I would advise first cutting out porn. Just masterbate (and limit how much). Then after a month or so, cut out the M, O as well. Thats what i did.
    Porno first. And try not to visualize while Ming.

    Infinity is not a goal, o_O it is an aspiration. A goal is something that should feel achievable, be reasonable and stretch one without being far outside of realism. So, I set a goal, but when I get near to it, I change the goal. The goal is never an end in itself. It represents the direction of travel and each one is a stepping stone enabling me to continue onwards. Peace. :cool:

    it's all about in your reason mate, try it like this. List what you always do everyday and what you like to do everyday ( ex: watching youtube, etc.) and now make some rules like "If I PMO then I'm not gonna watch youtube for a week,etc.

    Through this you will have a countermeasure whether you're gonna PMO or not and you'll have your short term reason. And always revised your reason per week cause that will make you feel refreshed and motivated

    For the best ex : if you PMO then you're not gonna reply or talk to your GF for 2 days or so

    so this shit just got real, im fukin struggling today, im kind of rationlising fucking a girl and ejaculating just to make my 90 day no pmo easier, so i just texted everyone in my phone book, but now iv come away from that addiction for a second by writing here, i can see its an addiction and rationlisation to orgasm, i actully started to wank lastnight for about 10 seconds and realised and managed to stop myself,.... man its tough, im going to keep myself busy today, now do things in 50 minute intervals, its helped writing shit down on here,.... id like to beat the 21 no ejaculation in sex thing too, stupid to rationlise break that now i got to stay strong!!! might post again later this afternoon because the addiction seems to be really kicking right now....infact i will meditate for 20 min as soon as i get off this post

    Celebration time I made my first week .... feeling really good today had a really good nights sleep ... realised that drinking tones of water through day is good but I should stop near my bed time so I don't wake up after 5 hours needing a pee, feeling rested makes it easier to stay on top of addictions... this starting day with a yoga routine instead of laying in bed playing on my phone is really helping ... I'm on track!!

    Hey guys just a check in to say I'm still on track ... all though I'm rationalising breaking the ejaculation through sex ... not sure how to change this rationalisation ... im pritty set on sticking with the 90 day NoFap! What you guys think ...

    Sometimes you have to try one way to see for yourself if it does and doesn't work. Since you are having a difficult time seeing your journey without sex, try it with sex and see how well it wotks. In my opinion, if you were married and was having your wife as the person with whom you were having sex, it would be one thing, it can still be difficult for some, but if you are single, that makes your road much rougher.

    See for yourself.
