Yes I just started about 4 days ago, my first NoFap commitment and I am riding high now. More focused calmer and just all around happy. I am writing here because I know addiction and I can't go it alone. I know there is an 800 pound gorilla in my brain that is has been elusive as of late. I am waiting and looking out for him. I know its just a matter of time before he gets up and demands some attention. I like where i am now but this is a mean mother F%^&$#. A gorilla can rip the arms off a Human like we pull legs off a cooked turkey. Almost 50 years old is this Gorilla. Maybe he is exhausted now and I can beat him. Maybe I am stronger. My question is ,how rare does someone do 90 days on there first shot! Is it possible, yes! Is it probable???

I'd say it's probably possible but most people don't. Also, some people have a long streak but end up relapsing and soon after quit completely because they can't cope with a relapse. It's better to have a number of relapses but still preserve than to have a long streak and then give up because of a few relapses.

I did close to 90 on my first try. Haven't come close since. For some, it gets easier with time, while others find it easy in the beginning and struggle later on.

This one hit me in the gut, thanks. bug maybe I'm bargaining. I'm just here for the reboot. Like this website says. I'm hoping the reboot will be enough. Then I saw your post. Well I'm still hoping for now.

Let me tell you when people relapse mostly -> On bad days.

Whether people realize it or not, those are the days where willpower is low and people want to do it for "once" to escape from reality or to relieve stress.

Everyone can do it during good days, watch out for bad days which is when most people relapse.
