Wreird dream, recognizable?

I had crazy dreams the first few weeks of doing nofap, including one with a sexual encounter with this strange angelic/otherworldly being.
Its not lucid dreaming from what you describe, lucid dreaming is where you can control what you do and where you go in your dreams.
I think its probably because when you quit pmo your mind is no longer bombarded with porn and dopamine and actually has time and space to begin processing all the things its seen and gone through while you were pmo-ing, and the dreams are just a byproduct of that.
I dont think its anything to worry about. For me the dreams went away after a while.

 

Early on I kept having crazy dreams. A few were about married female friends that I secretly wished I could date. Interestingly none were sexual, just nice social interactions with them.

Most of my sexual dreams involved porn actresses. Although there was one weird non-sex were I was trying to help a specific porn actress get out of porn.

Nowadays a lot less sex dreams and when I have them they’re very tame. I used to have sex nightmares were I was engaged in illegal activity.
