After years of try, finally I successfully completed 30 days of Hard Mode Nofap. My goal is to reach 90 but looking at the progress and benefits I might even take it upto 6 months or may be a year.
Doing NoFap hard mode made me a better person and I think it still has a lot to offer, all you need to do is be patient.
If a serious PMO addict like me can successfully do hard mode so can you. Currently I'm in a flatline, it's a rollercoaster of emotions but I would never ever go back to filthy PMO.
To all the PMO addict I just have one simple message, Stay strong and don't lose hope.

My addiction was extreme I had DE and it made me feel miserable. I have been watching porn for last 13 years. I believe that doing hard mode NoFap makes you more manly.

Wet dreams are not considered to be relapse. It's a natural process so if it's happening let it, don't intentionally go and watch porn. Don't quit you'll definately recover one day.
