You definitely have suffered emotional pain, there's no minimizing that... Many people (both men and women) suffer emotional abuse in relationships (which should not be the case)

Definitely seek help for whatever your needs are... take care of your mental health... It's nearly as equally important as physical health....... You're not a drama queen for seeking help for the genuine emotional distress you have experienced...

 

However, I'd like to mention the radical ( and somewhat difficult) suggestion given and followed by Jesus himself (that you're already following no doubt)..... Do not be vindictive on your husband, even though you have suffered emotional abuse from him..... Let him go if he fully wants divorce but try not to hate your husband even if he deserves it... That's good for your peace of mind also and will make you more virtuous...... And Jesus himself will be(and is) greatly happy with you I don't doubt...

And his coworker? She will receive whatever she deserves from God....

 

I'd also like to ask for your prayers for my aged grandfather, who has become bedridden recently...
