    Hey everyone! Im a 19 year old dude and been doing masturbation since 2015. Found NoFap few weeks back and been doing NoFap a little bit on my own. Rn, I'm on day 21 and my goal is 90 days. Masturbation sucks, it gave me social anxiety, bad moods and low energy. Let's do this together, ppl!
