Yoga

    anybody accostomed with yoga? What benefit did it bring and how do u start doing it and is there any hints to becoming good at it?

    Hey man...I am not a Yoga specialist but I really like doing it. I think google can better tell you about its benefits.
    For me, I like to do it because it involves a lot of stretching and I want to fix my body stiffness.
    if you do it properly, it becomes like a meditation because you have to focus on breathing also while doing it.

    I don't like yoga. Yoga is the ability to cause maximum pain to you body in ways you never thought possible, with the least amount of effort.

    But others seem to like it.

    Unlike meditation it is a bit of straineous muscle training as well and stretches body, I find yoga very good light or mild excersise good excersise to do if I'm not wanting to do weight lift
