  1. For instance, Paul is addicted to masturbation. He wants to stop. He has been trying ever since he was a teen. He can stop for a few days, a few weeks, or even a few months. Actually he was able to go 300 days once but still he became afraid that it would be unhealthy to stop orgasming upon reading a health study that he began again and had trouble getting it under control again qnd was depressed that he gave in... But he had to start over and was filled with self hatred Any person who stops an addictive behavior and returns to it will feel let down, this is normal But Paul is going beyond feeling let down. He hates himself because he feels he is still a masturbator andthat he can’t madturbating!


    Be encouraged that you are trying to quit!

    Be encouraged that you passed up even one chance to masturbate!

    Feel good that you are considering getting this under better control in your life!

    Know that itbis goid to do this and that a woman out there somewhere will be glad you are different than most guys!

    Begin again...

    Try to increase just onevadditional day...
