First of all, I would like to say thanks to everyone who has joined this thread and who (maybe) will bring in some motivation!

Second, I would like to give you a little insight on my story:
I've been PMO-ing since i was 11-ish years old(im 17 now), and i've found it is really affecting my life, relationships with others, confidence, and many other aspects of my life.
For about 7 months I kept trying to quit, while relapsing a few days later, or sometimes even just a week later. This was the start of it all. Then once, I started changing my habits here and there, tried focusing more on myself (read some tips and tricks from veterans here on nofap) and i went for about 16 days. Still not much, but it was a big step forward. Then i told myself: "if you could do 16 days without even thinking about it, then you DEFINIETLY can do weeks, months, hell, even a year without PMO"

And so I started. I started on september i believe and i went for about 3 months NO PROBLEM, problem was i wasnt seeing the benefits because i kept fantasising about some clips i had seen in the past and sometimes getting that "pre cum". Weird, but i had no problem in going on. However, i relapsed in december and since then have struggled going for more than 1-3 weeks. I keep overthinking scenes, and hormones take over....

I dont know if any of you fantasise or anything, BUT IM DETERMINED TO STOP THIS.
After relapsing, here are the downsides:
    • My grades at school start going down
    • Energy levels go down
    • I can barely find the words to talk to people
    • My performance at competitive online games also decreases drastically
    • Confidence is way down, im always thinking whether or not i should do something in regards to girls or pretty much anything
    • Anxiety returns
On the other side, after one week of nofap i could start talking to people and being so much more confident in speaking, finding my words and engaging into nice conversations with people. I find my motivation to go up slightly, but i know that one week still isnt the greatest amount of time in which to notice huge changes.

    I WANT THIS TO CHANGE!
I'm determined and confident that if i really put my mind into it, i can do it.
    THE 365 DAYS CHALLENGE.

What I'm asking from you is:
We know how hard it can sometimes be not to relapse because of urges. I want you to post your own motivational support here so that whenever i (or anyone in need) have urges and almost relapse, i want to go on this thread, see the amazing support of you guys and keep going. I know we can do it and that we can all help each other!
I strongly believe that ANYONE can do it! You just need to have that burning desire in you and you have to make it happen!
You don't have to go alone on this journey, that's why i think showing support on this thread can MAJORLY HELP ME AND YOU GUYS AS WELL!

I know we can do it!
I wanted to also mention my reasons for doing this challenge and this thread, so here we go:
    1. I want to be confident around girls, mainly to get girls.
    2. I want to be productive, focus on myself and my goals (i want to learn how to swim, learn programming, go bike riding early in the mornings, go for a run in the mornings too)
    3. I want to be confident in what i say and do. Im tired of thinking whether or not people will agree with my choices.
    4. I'm striving for a great life!
So to make sure i dont slip, i wanted to make this thread so that whenever i want to relapse i know i promised you guys i would keep going no matter what and that i need to be here, support and keep you posted !
THANK YOU GUYS! LET'S MAKE A CHANGE!

    Update:
Even though not as many people as i would`ve liked to come have joined here but it`s fine, no big deal ;D

I will be using this thread as some type of personal journal in which i will be posting updates on the progress, process and other things that may imply rebooting or anything related.

DAY 5 - EASY & ALREADY SEEING SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENTS:
I feel full of energy, positivity and goals for the near and long term future. I'm also a LOT more confident while talking with people and my gym performance has gone up as well. No urges yet whatsoever, they might be coming later on perhaps. I'll try to avoid them as much as possible through relfecting upon other aspects of my life.
Thanks and have a great day!
