The past 5 days, I’ve been struggling and been attempting to get back on the horse. I have ocd, so that really messes with me. Puts intrusive thought in my head during relapse, then I feel the need to do it again.

I don’t want to keep fapping obviously and I’ve been sooo ready to get on my streak. Today is the day.

I don’t know if this sounds weird.

But to help me just get back on the horse I feel like some words of encouragement would be amazing.
