    Hi ..I liked how it seems that mediation and reading as I have been doing this (I could be more consistent for sure ) on and off daily for ever for the last few years.

    Here are some of the tips /tools I have found.

    1. Mediation tool. .Daily Meditation Podcast

    2. Tony Robbins ebook Awaken the Giant Within

    3. Tim Ferris Podcast some of his podcast guests on the routines of top performers have been very interesting and it leads to 4.

    4. An interest in learning about Stoic Philosophy and Stoicism .

    If you are interested in getting into listening to podcasts but unsure how there is a great app in Google play called Podkicker
