“I find it odd - the greed of mankind. People only like you for as long as they perceive they can get what they want from you. Or for as long as they perceive you are who they want you to be. But I like people for all of their changing surprises, the thoughts in their heads, the warmth that changes to cold and the cold that changes to warmth... for being human. The rawness of being human delights me.”

Simple posts of condensed cerebral fluctuations sounds like a recipe of sustainable recovery (rebooting) for myself while I carry this thread forward.

“In a society governed passively by free markets and free elections, organized greed always defeats disorganized democracy.”

  2. I should also note this thread is entirely open for friendly discussion, I mean some people saw that and posted I'm sorry it had to start off the way it did but I was driven to start it I didn't plan on it or anything it was spur of the moment, quite literally something came over me the moment I opened my eyes the morning it was started. So please add to the thread as you please no more explanations are needed as to what will happen if you come in here trying to argue or bringing the minutest levels of negativity.

  3. Possibly unsettling, woman being thrown around and her dress lifts up partially to reveal stocking near her backside for a few seconds but not trigger worthy but maybe unsettling for some and I know my triggers lol:

One moment at a time. Till death do us part.

  4. Music therapy is conducive to heal, very much so. Just implementing various test therapies before deciding what holistic area of recovery to delve into next.

“Since boyhood, fury had become his father. His older brother. His only protector. Fury gave him strength and courage and spurred him to always move forward despite always getting things wrong and always failing and no mentor there to help him or teach him and everyone always laughing. Anger delivered him from catastrophe. Rage kept him from going under. It had come to be his greatest asset and only strategy.”

“Let your dissent fuel you, your anger inspire you, your rage convey you, and your fury strike a chilling fear onto the spines of your enemies.”

Sometimes the therapeutic implementations come in short rapid fire posts due to testing new theories. Just part of the exercise of this thread as it progresses.

    “Saying of the Prophet
    Anger
You ask for a piece of advice. I tell you: 'Do not get angry.' He is strong who can withhold anger.”
    Idries Shah, Caravan of Dreams

"My rage is derived from eyes so sharp they see through the idiocy being passed off as sophistication.

Under the cloak of universal themes and terms such as freedom, change, and acceptance, madness ensues, being readily welcomed by those whose mind's eye questions nothing.”

“The ugliest thing in America is greed, the lust for power and domination, the lunatic ideology of perpetual Growth - with a capital G. 'Progress' in our nation has for too long been confused with 'Growth'; I see the two as different, almost incompatible, since progress means, or should mean, change for the better - toward social justice, a livable and open world, equal opportunity and affirmative action for all forms of life. And I mean all forms, not merely the human. The grizzly, the wolf, the rattlesnake, the condor, the coyote, the crocodile, whatever, each and every species has as much right to be here as we do.”

“The ego lusts for satisfaction. It has a prideful ferocious appetite for its version of "truth". It is the most challenging aspect to conquer; the cause for most spiritual turmoil.”

I really think drinking coffee kept me in a cycle of addiction. I didn't need anymore reason to switch to tea other than coffee interrupted my sleep patterns and depleted the ol' adrenals. Tea doesn't do any of that. I drink it white, green, red, and black BABY.

It doesn't take a brain surgeon to recognize the neurological harms of pornography.

It's difficult. Setbacks happen. But it IS possible to stop watching pornography. Be encouraged!
