Youtube is ruining my life

    More precisely, I am ruining my life due to my youtube addiction.

    I have not slept enough in the weekend and Monday, because I binge watched random youtube videos.

    I just cannot seem to stop watching that crap. The more I watch the more I wake up tired the next day. The more tired I am the less will I have and it goes on and on.

    PMO is not my only addiction, it seems. Addiction to novelty is equally bad, in my situation.

    Well try turning off all electronics(computer, smart phone) in your room before you go to bed and start reading a book.
