    Im going by the name Hamed
    this is my first post and ill tell u a bit about myself
    Im 23 years old have came here with diffrent accounts diffrent phones and computers and eventually forgot
    ive been addicted since age 12 came to relize my addiction by the time i was 17 quitting was impossible till today
    made experince learnt otheers experince and ....
    by the time im writing this post i already made it a day and start my day 1

    This post will headline my last nofap try and journey
    help me have this journey victory

    And I would recommend you to make your own journal in the "Reboot logs" corresponding to your gender & age to track your everyday progress.
