Zeroing in on 30 weeks

Its been a minute since my last post.

I have continued to make progress, here is what I feel I have improved

1. Better self confidence, in terms of myself and my abilities and my needs. I am clearly able to articulate what I require, be it from relationships, business partners, clients. I no longer feel people are doing me a favor by being with me or being in partnership with me.

2. Anxiety is no longer a constant or something that I worry about. It is finally under control, while those moments do come, its usually something that can be explained, as opposed to 200 days ago where this was a constant.

3. I can concentrate more and my brain is now much clearer. This has helped become much more productive.

4. My hormones seem to have reached a good balancing act, I regularly wake up with morning wood or sometimes at midnight I just feel my member itching to work.

Its difficult to live Porn free, sometimes you get a sent a clip unsolicited. I no longer get any joy from watching, I am frequently deleting these videos. I waiting for my browsing history to delete itself from all my web browsers and I feel finally free of this habit.

I also want to say that there is no timeline for recovery, others need 21 days, some need 365 and some need 500. While this may seem cruel, but you just need to allow your mind and body to heal and cure yourself.

The world is there, life is worth living and the world is worth exploring. Go get what is yours
