Zygnar to Earth

I heard today about NoFap on the radio show Here and Now. I am several years into recovery from addiction to porn and masturbation. But I recognize that recovery is ongoing, and the addiction is still there. That is why I want to gain from your community what you have to offer. I come at this issue from both science-based and spiritual points of view. I am part of a few 12-step groups, and have benefited from professional counseling. I value my marriage and want to improve my relationship with my wife. I agree that my addiction harmed my relationship in several ways, including sexually. I look forward to learning about your fight to overcome sex addiction. Zygnar
