My penis got numb after i fapped a year ago and now it feels worse, its also soft and rubbery and i just want to die at this point
It happens sometimes after a long period of masturbation because friction harms it. All you need is just a good rest and everything will be back in normal. You can actually take a bath to relax your whole body, including penis. Of course, if you're not afraid to relapse, otherwise simply wait.
My penis does have some numbness and it really does affect the quality of my erections. It should be harder. Sometimes it's hard to penetrate during sex with a girl. So hopefully the healing journey will heal that issue.
Without sounding 'weird', how does the penis itself feel? Numb is one way to describe, but does it feel like...kind of unresponsive to sexual stimuli?
Regular PMO = numbness in some area. It should be more responsive to sexual stimuli. It can get hard but not strong enough. Now my penis has constant erections after I stop PMO. But still not as hard as it should be. It's healing the numbness.
My husband's penis changed significantly after a month of no PMO. Harder erections, bigger penis, totally different shape.
ok thats good to hear. Im planning on not masturbating for at least 30 days and then slowly start again with. But with lube this time and not 3 times a day as usual, to regain the sensitivity in my penis. But i definitely want to quit porn permanently. It just feels like a real addiction and if i watch it, i just can't get enough.
Define numb for me... Numb like when you have teeth removed and you can't feel your gums anymore due to the anesthetic? Or numb like it doesn't respond to stimulus
Both, physically numb like when your gums are numb like you said. And numb like it doesn't respond to stimulus. Is that normal for PIED?
Numb as in you lack sensitivity down there. When you touch it you dont feel much from it. Also becuase of that you lack sexual sensation
You need to let your dick really heal. A minimum of 30 days. The longer the better. Just leave it alone.
I think we must consider numerous factors when discussing this topic. First of all, those that are in the middle of a flatline period will notice a more numb penis than those who have been PMO-free for only a few days. So the lack of numbness does not necessarily mean that the individual has overcame PIED. Secondly, those with a history of prone masturbation might take longer to recover from having a numb penis.
Look if you are continuously fapping then that's gonna be a problem. Yes, definitely it will but it's gonna take some time as our body requires time to heal. The best thing is to forget about the idea of numbness and indulge urself in some activity like sports, parkour or sketching and all.
Scar tissue has less nerve endings than the original skin did. Calluses also do not help sensitivity, but the biggest problem is probably just over stimulation. There are indications that a foreskin helps improve sensitivity, but those are easier to remove than replace. Something needs a rest. A good reboot should work wonders. It did for me.
