Like Dankest has said go for a walk or go to the gym if you can. A simple walk allows for fresh air, clearing the mind and lungs and to admire the beauty of nature and the wider world around you that you shut off when you P, M or O. The gym is great to because it's an excellent source to get an endorphin kick and feeling better about yourself its basically an underutilized antidepressant in my view. Don't give in!

You can do this! This is the best start to a reboot I've ever had but I feel the temptations to. The heat doesn't help it's sapped my energy and I've been feeling the brain fog all day. My brains been trying to rationalize looking at soft porn or substitutes but I'm not listening! Mental urges suck but keep at it. Suffer today to celebrate tomorrow!
Thanks for encouragements, I also have the same rational issue , my mind keep saying PMO is important for your marriage it's the only thing keep it up and warm, but no , I'll work on my marriage success same as working on No-PMO ,, Nowadays got anxiety and my mind keep saying its because no PMO pleasure like before, but no , I'll working on a real pleasure now and in the future....
Focus on reality! That's what I keep telling myself. Between that and being on the forum it's the only thing getting me through these urges today. You're doing it the right reasons!
