Have no fear, Carrotman is here! I'm on day 35 after two relapses and looking forward towards the future!!! I'll tell ya this, every relaspe is a wake up call for your inner self to improve (does that make sense?). It basically saying, "You messed up and there goes your hard work. You're better than this!!! Keep fighting!!" My background I've been hooked on PMO since I was 12. I would come home and watch porn on the TV (when it was on channel 77). Heck even my dad would have magazines. But later on in life he got rid of them (thank God!). But sadly, masturbation continued... I kept the addiction going until I discovered nofap through YouTube. As I watched people talk about nofap, I learned about benefits and that it made people better, stronger, and more disciplined. I was intrigued and read about how people came together to share their stories of struggles and triumph. It was inspiring!! So from then on... I decide to also partake in this battle, not by myself, but with others who share the same goal to become our best versions of ourselves!! In conclusion I never ever want to go back to being addicted to PMO! Look at it this way... You're a superhero who has powers locked inside. Are ya gonna the scared civilian who runs away from the villian or you gonna pick up your cape and confront it? PMO sucks!!! But you!! You are a HERO! Reach for the skies and inspire not only younger generations but also people who seek the light! I won't stop and Im gonna try to keep going ahead! Be on Beast mode 24/7!!! STAY STRONG AND EAT YOUR VEGGIES!!!!
Congratulations on your streak and healing process Carrotman. You're not alone, keep up the good work!
Well the eating veggies part is just a saying, but it is a step to take to be healthy. Well, I would say it wasn't easy but I do some activities to forget about urges, triggers, and anything porn related. Go out more Exercise Get enough sleep Do some drawing Hang with family These are a few things that I do. Heck I even have a checklist of what I want to do in the future. It's really mostly all about distracting yourself from PMO and enjoying your journey in life hope it helps, my friend!
