I want to control my life.

Hey guys.
Let me get straight into it. Im 28 years of age and I have been fapping since the age of 7 or 8 maybe. Some may find that strange and it may hit home for others. I am indifferent to either but the reason I am here is like the rest of you, I want to stop. I signed up to the site 4 or 5 days ago and everyday has been a losing battle. Today is the last day that I will allow this or anything else to have power over me.

I am willing and open to receiving advice and encouragement on this journey. This is very difficult yet I am aware that it is only so because I have allowed myself this deep into addiction (this as well as weed as coping mech for general life)

Thanks man. My current goal is to stop fapping to porn permanently and not to abuse weed as I have been doing for the past couple of years as well as breaking some other bad habits of mine. I plan on doing all of this at the same time. I am going for a complete lifestyle change. It is long over due for me.
