I have no been able to go more than two weeks and when I relapse I relapse hard, sometimes jerking off three to four times after relapsing. I started to feel pain at the base of my penis, especially on the left side, and overtime I noticed my erections started pointing down and to the right. I saw two urologist s about it but neither noticed anything, then after my own research I found it it is likely a problem with my penile suspensory ligament. Even after learnt his though I continued to relapse. Even when I wouldn't orgasm I would masturbate prone just to edge, get some precum out, and then wait to calm down and repeat. The problem got worse but because my urologists told me it was fine I took that as an excuse to keep going and now its as bad as its ever been. Been icing it a few times a day which helps but its definitely noticeably different from even just 6-8 months ago. I relapsed today and decided to join because I know I need to get over this, its basically the main challenge of my life right now. I am a virgin so having these dick problems has been really depressing which kind of feeds into a cycle which leads me back to fapping. Thankfully I am not addicted to porn, for some reason it never really did much for me. I think I have fapped to porn under ten times in my life, I prefer more vanilla visual aids.

You are right. In particular I do like these tips as they are very relevant to me. Growing up I got so used to fapping right before going to sleep that I have been conditioned to fap to go to sleep. Now its hard to sleep without fapping and if I have insomnia I get really, really tempted to fap.

I'm the same about fapping before sleep, I find it incredibly difficult to fall asleep without doing it. I've just downloaded the App Headspace, which has a section for sleep. It might help you fall asleep, or at least I find trying to sleep listening to someone describe a landscape pretty unsexy so puts me off! My best advice though would be get out of bed straight away. If you have an urge in the middle of the night, get up and get some water or a tea, or do some stretches. Anything to distract yourself. Hopefully you'll try again... good luck
This time I actually relapsed because of morning wood. Woke up with a stiffy and thought eh, I'll edge a bit and leave it at that. Of course that never happens and I ended up orgasming. Twice...
Edging is usually what causes me to break my streaks too. I read here someone said no touching at all unless you're washing and in which case do it quickly! What's done is done, just remember how you feel now you've relapsed and ask yourself to do better next time. A plan is always helpful though, so that you learn from your mistakes. My suggestions: Get straight out of bed and cold showers. Its up to you what you implement or what you find works!
Yeah I need to find little things that steer me in the right direction. I hate cold showers but maybe I should try them, I've seen them recommended more than once on here.
Doing some sport and exercise would be help with the appetite, its work for me but if you stop doing sport it will come back again so dont stop.
Unfortunately I have a health issue that stopping me from doing that in the near future but that is definitely part of the long term plan. Helps not only keep my mind off fapping but also gets me tired so when I do go to bed I go to sleep easier which makes avoiding my nighttime fap that much easier.
