    Hello,

I am a 39-year-old man who wants to completely quit PM. I am currently on day 6 and know I have some hard days ahead of me. Regardless I want to be accountable and this website is one of those ways.

I'm not sure what the best way to interact with an online forum is, so if anyone has any suggestions on how best to get involved and stay accountable, please let me know. I'm convinced at this point in my life that PM has caused some major anxiety (social/general) in my life and that my life would be better off without it. Time to take some action and ask for a lot of help because I have tried this before and realized that I can't do this alone. Thank you all for your support and thank you for the creator of this website.

  4. Welcome to the forum! My advice would be to start a journal and to start reading other people's journals. Commit to posting in your journal each day with as much detail as possible. The more you post and comment on other peoples posts the larger support network you will build up. I find this helps me stay accountable but you can also look for a dedicated accountability partner.

Have you set yourself any targets or goals? These can be PMO related or otherwise but they help you to keep track of your progress.

    Good luck with your journey!
