I saw and read somewhere about this. Does NoFap help to grow beard? Why would people say NoFap as a growing factor?

My husband and I both follow the Holy Bible app plans. You can choose different plans for the week. We also do daily devotionals. You might try meditating as well. I’ve seen several men post how helpful that is.

I m not scientist but i think nofap is connected to testosterone which have direct impact on beards and others places where hairs can grow.Testosterone is male important hormone so it can make sense.

I had beard growth since I was 12 even though I mastrubated 1 - 2 a day back then, but I can be an exception.
No NoFap doesn't have a lot of effect on beard growth.The beard growth you have is dependent on genes.Thats all there is to it.
