Like if you were clean for 30 days ext and then relapsed or even worse binged, it's difficult to know the sort of healing that will over occurred and then the damage that will of occurred. Surely 1 relapse or even one binge isn't more powerful than 30 days clean?
Imagine every time you PMO you dig into the ground. Everyday you do nofap you put back a little piece of dirt. Now when you binge, you're digging with an excavator, and when you incorporate nofap into you're life with other positive habits, you're restoring it at a faster rate. Everything is subjective, nobody can say how many clean days you need for your reboot. And days is just a concept to keep you motivated. "Don't count the days, make the days count"
Some guys need 60 days... Other needed 250 days before seing real results. You have to be patient and stoic. It's a long grind and it should be a lifestyle.
