Where are you in your process? How long have you been in your current cycle? If the videos on YouTube have any merit, flatline doesn’t appear, supposedly, until about two-three weeks out. To the actual flatline concerns: I would welcome it, embrace it, and use the time as an opportunity to fully develop your life. Any girl is going to see that you are having an awesome time and will eventually chase and seek you out for that reason.

 

I wonder if guys who flatline for over a year got that way because they suppressed their sexuality. If you think about the buddhist monk who has no trouble staying away from sex because he doesn't even entertain those thoughts. Is he in a porn-withdrawal flatline? No, he has no libido because he gives no power to his sexual fantasies.

Now think your brain can't tell the difference between porn and sex. Your brain on porn thinks its having sex or about to get it. So when you fight your porn cravings you are just fighting your libido. And you have to stop all sexual desire at the beginning to even get anywhere. Eventually your brain gives it up, but then your libido is gone entirely and you struggle to get an erection.

Your brain should be done rebalancing itself around 50-60 days in. That's when the flatline ends. And at this point the aim to go for normal sexual behaviour.

 

I'm like 64 days in now, and holding strong, but seriously feel like I might be playing with my sexual energy too much. I can see how its a balance, but my sexual cravings are going through the roof. I dont want to lose them.
